Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings and payments made with Vancouver Podcast Studio Inc. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Once confirmed, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

2. Cancellations by the client

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in advance.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply based on when you cancel:

Cancellation more than 7 days before the session start time: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price, including all fees, returned to the original form of payment.

Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the session start time: Guests who cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund of their booking price, excluding fees, returned to the original form of payment.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session start time: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Cancellations by Vancouver Podcast Studio Inc.

If Vancouver Podcast Studio Inc. must cancel your booking due to technical issues, emergencies, or other unexpected reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-refundable services

Certain services, promotional bookings, deposits, and customized services may be non-refundable. This will always be clearly communicated before payment is made.
